WORKERS’ EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION.
PUBLIC MEETING TO-NIGHT. A public meeting will be held in the Town Hall to-night, when Professor Hunter, of Victoria College, Wellington, will explain the aims ’and objects of the Workers’ Educational Association. It is intended to form a tutorial class in Foxton, at which the subjects dealt with will he economies, sociology, science, hygiene, electricity, etc. It is to be hoped that thex*e will be a large audience to hear the Professor. The chair will be taken at 8 o’clock by the Mayor (Mr John Chrystall).
