Wellington, March 3. A cahlegrom from the High Commissioner states that the presetit influenza wave in Britain is developing. .Returns for the week ending February 22nd show that the number of deaths in 96 of the great towns had been 3,064, against 1,863 for the previous week. London’s total was 653, compared with 273 the previous week. Previous sufferers,- although not immune, are afforded a certain amount of protection.
