The following local Bills were passed: —Napier Harbour Board and Napier High School Empowering Bill; Thames Borough Boundaries Alteration Bill ; New Plymouth Harbour Board Empowering Bill; Whangarei Borough Empowering Bill; Dunedin City Fish Markets and Empowering Bill; Wairoa Harbour Board Empowering and Loan Bill. The House rose at 10.47 pan. The Legislative Council passed the Expeditionary Forces Bill and the Repatriation Bill. The Council rose at 11.20 p.m.
