The Lokal Anzeiger stales that Holland must emphatically decline to extradite the Kaiser to the- Allies.
British speeches demanding the extradition caused a great sensation in Berlin. Four thousand oflicers and non-coms, resolved to establish a corps to uphold the Ebert Government.

A telegram from Berlin slates that Herr Eisner, in announcing t!u» forthcoming publication of a scries of German Foreign Office documents, declares that the marginal notes reveal the ex-Kaiser’s personal responsibility for the war.

A Berlin message states that a short document has been-published, signed by the Crown Prince at Wieringen, and dated Ist December, renouncing his rights to the crowns of Prussia and Germany, “due to me, owing to the Emperor’s abdication or other reasons.”
