A inatcli for the Nye Ferns will he played on Wednesday afternoon, the challengers being; Healey, Follett, Admore, Large (s). The holders are: Bryant, Woods, Nye, Christie (s). Considerable interest is being evinced in the game to be played on Wednesday afternoon, when the four oldest players in (lie Club will be opposed hy Ihe four youngest. This game should he a fairly close one, as the teams appear to be evenly matched. A start is to be made with the ladder competition at once, there being several challenges already on the board. Entries for the pairs competition for gold medals presented hy Air Adams, close on the Kith instant. So far 14 players have entered.
