ADDRESS BY THE REV. HOWARD ELLIOTT.

TOWN HALL TO-NIGHT

The llov. Howard Elliott, Dominion organiser of the P.P.A., will deliver an address in the down Hail this evening on the aims and objects of the Association. Doors will be open at 7.30, and the address will commence at S o’clock. Tickets of admission may lie obtained from members of the local committee, or at the hall.

The Mayor, Mr J. Chrystall, will preside. Air J. Harford, of 1* eliding, will also address the meeting prior to Air Elliott, and state reasons why he became a member of the P.P.A. ‘

Every precaution has been taken to prevent any attempt at rowdyism.
