JUNIOR NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS.

The Education Department recently instructed (lie Boards that entries for (he Junior National Scholarships from pupils from the Gth Standard would he limited to 10 per cent, of the pupils considered by the headmaster as sure to pass. The Wellington Board decided today to protest against any fixed limitation.
