ALLEGED IMPERSONATION

AT A WELLINGTON CENTRAL POLLING BOOTH.

In the Wellington Magistrate’s Court, yesterday, before Mr F. V. Fraser, S.M., James Luke Raglan, a member of (ho council of the Seamen’s Union, who was arrested on Thursday night on a charge of impersonation under the name of Walter Grant at the Willis Street polling booth on Thursday, was remanded to appear on Wednesday next.

On the application of Mr .11, F. O’Leary, hail was allowed in the sum of £SO, and one surety of a like amount or two sureties of £25 each.
