PATRIOTIC SHOP.
Mrs Chas. Robinson had a successful day at the shop on Saturday last, the proceeds, £IG 12s 3d, being devoted to the Wounded Soldiers’ Fund. Competitions were won as follows: —Boudoir cap, Miss Hilda Kirkley, No. 34; socks, Mr Jackson, No. 37; cake, Mrs Harvey, No. 42; dinner, Mr IV. E. Bullard, No. 04; sheep, Mr B. Dunn, 55ilhs. Gifts are gratefully acknowledged from the following:—Mesdames J. Newth, Healey, IV. Davies, E. Robinson, A. S. Easton, Erankland, A. Ross, IVoodroofe, Jas. Robinson, Chrystall, Harvey, John Robinson, L. J. Furrie, Scadden, Gower, Hcnricksen, Sydney Easton, A. Speirs, D. Purcell, A. Baker, C. Symons, C. Robinson, Misses Symons, Stella Barber, Spoil's, Davis, Messrs A. Grant, W. Bock, Chas. Robinson, and T. S. Harper. Next Saturday Mesdames John Robinson and Harvey will have charge of the shop, and the proceeds will he devoted to the Wounded Soldiers’ Fund. A large supply of Nelson apples will he on sale.
