The Mouloa Drainage Board notifies by advertisement its intention to make and levy a general rate of five-sixteenths of a penny in the C and to colled a special rate of three-sixteenths of a penny in the C. If you need a watch guard, secure one of the dressy, neat leather guards selling at O’Connor and Tydeman’s. Those have solid silver bar and swivel, and are priced at 5s Gd, 6s Gd, and 7s Gd.
