At a court-martial on Monday, Daniel Thomas Sullivan, of Greymouth, George Wears Samms, of Woolston, and James Henry Roberts, of Woolston, were found guilty of refusing to obey the laAvful commands of their superior officer Avhen ordering them to undergo medical examination. Sullivan Avas sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, and Roberts and Samms to each.
