THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day;— The indications are for southeasterly winds moderate to strong, freshening. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. Barometer unsteady. Sea and tides moderate, but increasing.
