HIGH COAIAHSSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows: Atanila: Low grades are scarce. The output for the four weeks ended 25th May was 131,000. The New Zealand market is quiet. Small business .doing. Freights scarce.
