BREACHES OF BANKRUPTCY ACT.
Auckland, Yesterday. Ih the Supremo Court to-day, George Hart, mattress-maker, was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment for breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, in failing to keep proper books and failing to disclose the whole of his property, etc.
