TOWN CLERK’S REPORT.

The Town Clerk reported as follows at last night’s Council meeting:—

“The road staff has been engaged on the annual cleaning of the drains and general maintenance work during the above work, the sfaff will ing the avobe work, the staff will proceed with the metalling of Union Street, and repairing Purcell Street, Lady’s Mile, etc., as directed by the Public Works Committee. —The report was adopted.
