HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows: — Manila: Superior grades are in demand, owing to an anticipated shortage of inferior qualities. The output for the four weeks ended 27th April was 10(5,00-.) bales. New Zealand: Business is curtailed owing to absence of freight room.
