George Dinsdale (Mr Cooper), £IOO damages for alleged breach of contract, etc.; Robert Edwards (Mr Fletcher), v. Halver Sorensen, £33 9s 4d, special damages and £350 general damages for alleged negligence. IN DIVORCE. Ruby Wheeler (Mr Cooper) v. Norman Wheeler; Elizabeth Jane Martin Daly (Mr Fitzherbert) y, Francis Joseph Martin Daly; Lillian Hilda Stewart (Mr Moore) v. Campbell Colquhoun Stewart; Shadrak Benjamin Tonks (Mr Innes) v. Florence Elizabeth Tonks; William Ennes (Mr Hurley) v, Margaret Ennes, John Cosgrove co-respondent. IN BANKRUPTCY.
