PROTESTANT POLITICAL ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the local branch of the above was held in All Saints’ schoolroom last evening, when the following officers were elected; — Committee, Messrs Rev. Raine, Signal, McMurray, Stevenson, Renton, Caddy; secretary, Mr K. Kennedy; treasure!-, Mr H. J. Claris. Arrangements were made to distribute cards of membership. It was decided to hold a public meeting on‘Monday, 18th hist.
