BOWLING.

Five ■ rinks from the local club visited Feilding yesterday afternoon. The weather conditions were perfect, and the Feilding green, recognised as one of the best in the 'Dominion, was good, but on the heavy side, owing to the recent rains. The home rinks simply outclassed the visitors, the margin in their favour in every game being in the vicinity of 20, The aggregate score was Feilding 181, Foxton 80, Twenty-five heads were played in each game. The visitors were hospitably entertained, and on arrival were welcomed by Mr Worsfold, Mr F. D. AVhibloy thanking the speaker and members of the Feilding Club for their hearty welcome. At the conclusion of the play, Mr W.. Nye, president of the Foxton Club, returned thanks for the very hospitable manner in which .they had been treated.
