HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows; — The Manila and New Zealand spot markets are strong. With Manila moderate business has been done for forward shipment, but for New Zealand forward shipment there is nothing doing on account of the freight difficulty.
