The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:—
The indications are for easterly winds moderate to strong, freshening, with increasing haz,e ami cloudiness for change. The weather conditions are threatening northwards. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas rough, tides moderate oil! shore.
