REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF RUA Rotorua, Jan. 12, A deputation of Tuhoe Maoris interviewed the lion. T. M. Wilford on Saturday afternoon, requesting the remission of Rua’s sentenee, expiring in August next. They promised loyalty, stating they had sent men to the front, and were willing to send more.
