PENALTIES.

FEAT RACES. —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b., and of any additional race a further penalty of 71b. (excepting that the winner of any Hack Race shall carry a penalty of 71b., and of any additional Hack Race a further penalty of 51b. in any Open Race). Horses handicapped at Bst 101 b. or over to carry half of the above penalties. The winner of any Hurdle Race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b. in the Hurdle Race, and of any additional Hurdle Race a further penalty of . 71b., or, if the Handicapper deems it fit, he may increase the penalties.
