PATRIOTIC SHOP

Mrs Baker and Miss Speirs had charge of the Patriotic Shop on Saturday last, and had a very fair day. The cake weighed Clbs. loz., and was won by Mrs-A.-J. Gibbs, while No. 11 won the pair of bantams*. Gifts are acknowledged, from; Mesdames Jenks, Jas. Robinson, Speirs, C. Robinson, A. Ross, Woodroofe, Griffin, John Robinson, Henrickfjfin, Renton, A, S. Easton, J. Burr, J. Ross, F*. Robinson, C. Rand, C. Symons, Chrystall, Miss Symons, Messrs Godinach (Whitaunui), A. Stevenson, W. E. Barber, and Master Willie King.

On Saturday next, the 15th December, Mrs Chas. Robinson will have charge of the shop.
