THE KUANGAROA MURDER.
QUESTION OF SANITY RAISED. Mr C. E. Mackey, counsel I'or the man Bonnier, who was convicted and condemned lo death for ilie murder of his wife at Kuangaroa, irv the Wanganui district, has sent g letter to the Justice Department, stating that since (lie trial lie has received information front a man of some .'landing in the Nelson district, a Justice of the Peace, that some time ago Bennier was insane.
