WANGANUI DIVORCE CASE.
£750 DAMAGES AGAINST COJR ESP ON DENT. Wanganui, Nov. 29. A defended divorce case which occupied the attention of Mr Justice Edwards and jury for two days concluded to-day. The parties were Edward George Rabone, contractor, petitioner, Nina Mace Rabone, respondent, and Alexander Reid, publican, Hunlcrville, co-respondent, from whom petitioner claimed £l,500 damages, Co-respondent, in his evidence, admitted adultery, The jury returned a verdict in favour of petitioner, with £750 damages. His Honour made a decree nist order, with costs on the highest scale.
