The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but northerly moderate to strong prevailing. Expect warm and humid conditions, with weather cloudy to overcast lit times. Barometer has a falling tendency. Seas moderate, tides moderate.
