THE HEMP MARKET.
HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday;— _ In the Manila market there is no change. The output for the two weeks ended 17th November was 41,000 bales. The New Zealand market is easier in anticipation of expected government control. There is little business doing for shipment as soon as possible.
