THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day;
The indications are for a southerly moderate to strong wind prevailing. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency. Seas moderate, tides poor off coast.
