LADIES’ PATRIOTIC GUILD.
During the last month the Foxton Ladies’ Patriotic Guild has forwarded to the Countess of Liverpool Committee 2 dozen housewifes, 17 pairs h.k. sox, 3 pairs mittens, 8 llannel shirts, 3 muslin shirts, 7 day shirts; and to the Red Cross 12 pairs pyjamas, 5 treasure bags, 3 shirts, 1 waistcoat, 2 pairs flamyfl pants, 3 flannel shirts, 4 pairs h.k. sox, 71 dozen swabs, and old linen. A large ease containing 100 garments was forwarded for French refugees.
