The following cases are, set down for hearing at the sitting of the Supreme Court, commencing at Palmerston on Monday, November 12th:— Before a judge and jury of twelve: In divorce, Albert Waterworth, petitioner (Mr H. Cooper) y. Elizabeth Isabella Watenvorth, respondent (Mr Moore), and W alter Kirkland, co-respondent. Before judge and jury of four: Samuel Mullins (Mr Innes) v. J. C. Kelly (Mr Cooper), claim £202 12s 7d, damages through fire. Madeline Robson (Mr Cooper) v. Tom Burke (Mr Moore), claim £2OO, damages alleged slander. Before a judge alone: Isaac William Turner (Mr Kavanagh) v. Ernest Albert Barton (Mr Mclntyre), injunction to restrain defendant from selling plaintiff’s land. In divorce: James Cornish, petitioner (Mr Innes) v. Margaret Cornish, respondent (n.d.f.). IN BANKRUPTCY. Andrew Johnston (Mr Innes) motion to declare a certain transaction a “Settlement under Section 75.” James Murphy (Mr Moore) v. Official Assignee, in estate of Reeves and Williams and the Wairarapa Farmers’ Co.-op. Association, Ltd. Motion that the plaintiff’s solicitor be ordered to personally pay costs of defendants herein. Pereival North Keeling (Mr Moore): Motion for an order of discharge. Evan Williams (Mr Lloyd): Motion for an order for distribution of assets. Evan Williams: Motion for an order reversing rejection of proof of debt to E. E, Williams, by Official Assignee, £252 12s 6d. E. W'. Williams: Motion for order reversing rejection of proof of debt of E. E. Wllliam.«t, by Official Assignee, £BS ss. E. W T . Williams: Motion for an order for distribution of assets.
