CORRESPONDENCE.
> (To the Editor). Dear Mr Editor.—Do yon not think the Government has made a mistake in calling up the married men without families before the married men with families? There are quite a number of married men who have married since the war and upon these devolves the important duly of keeping up the birthrate. The married men with families have surely done their part in this coxxnection, and I think it is the duty of the Government to give the married men with no families.a chance to do theirs.. Where is the future generation to come from if our warwedded couples are not given a chance? It does seem a pity to take them fix’s!. One does not know what they xnight accomplish if the Government only gave them a chance by calling them up after the married men with families have been exhausted. Is it too late, Mr Editor, to appeal for them "on these grounds T —Yours regretfxxlly, AUNT SALLY. [We are afraid “Aunt Sally” and her childless couples have missed the ’bus. Anyhow', it’s never too late to mend. —Ed.H.]
