HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday: —
The Manila market shows no change. The New Zealand market is practically cleared. Business is dull for forward shipment on account of the freight difficulty. Spot and near at hand is in active demand at Government prices.
