CHILD DIES FROM BURNS.
Hawcra, Oct. 8. Esther Alice Knapton, aged three years, died in the hospital late on Saturday night from injuries received by burning. Her grandparent left the child in the house for a few minutes. Hearing screams, she returned, and found the child’s clothing in llamos, which she extinguished by wrapping the girl in a quilt. The coroner returned a verdict of accidental death.
