The Dominion Aleteorologist Avires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for southeasterly Aviuds moderate to strong, and backing by east to north, then freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy Avepther, The night will probably he very cold. Barometer falling shortly. Sea moderate, tides poor.
