TOTAL CASUALTIES IN NEW ZEALAND ARMY.

The total casualties in the New Zealand Expeditionary Force (including Maoris) up to 3rd September, 1917, -were indicated in a return presented to Parliament by the Hon. Sir James Allen. It showed that the total number of men killed was 8,461, missing 48, prisoners 97, and wounded 21,521 —a total of 30,127 casualties.
