The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for northerly winds strong to gale, and hacking by north to west. The weather appears likely io he cloud}' and unsettled. Rain probable. Barometer falling. Bea moderate and increasing ontheeoast. Tides good.
