Bui the winter is almost over, and I he most wonderful season of all is close upon us —the spring. A social, under the auspices op the Moutoa School Committee, will be held in the schoolroom on Thursday, August 2nd, in aid of the piano and school improvements funds. The objects are worthy as (lie welfare of the children.is one of our grave duties, and deserves every support. Something very special is pronii.-ed in the way of entertainment. It is rumoured lhai Driver E. Spring is promoted to (he rank of sergeant. 1 am sure his many friends will sav, “Well done, Exley!”
