ACTION BY THE N.Z. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE. The Secretary of the N.Z. Educational Institute has forwarded (lie following circular letter to Education Board.-, governors of secondary schools, technical school hoards, and School Committees throughout the Dominion: — “I am directed by (he Executive of the New Zealand Educational Institute to suggest (o all bodies having a, shave in the educational work of the Dominion the propriety of urging upon the Government a favourable consideration of the claims of the youth of the Dominion in connection with the movement for the early closing of hotel bar-.
