THE WAITOTARA
BURNING BRISKLY FORE AND APT. Dunedin, Yesterday. One of the Union Company’s fleet is deviating from her course to visit the vicinity of the abandonment of the Waitotara, and to investigate the extent of the damage done to the vessel. Latest advices report that the vessel is burning fore and aft. The crew is now at a certain port and being well cared for. Arrangements are being made for their return to New Zealand.
