THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day; — The indications are for southeasterly winds strong to gale. Expect much dull weather, with mist and fog in parts. Heavy rain is to be expected, with rivers Hooded. Barometer falling. Sea considerable, tides poor.
