At the Supreme Court the re-trial was commenced to-day of AA'lmingaroa Wirihana, charged with manslaughter, in causing the death of Rupert Alauey, a newspaper runner, at Hastings, the accused's motor-ear running over the boy, wbu was riding a bicycle. The jury disagreed on Saturday, and the hearing of evidence was not completed to-day.
