Another enthusiastic meeting of combined committees was held in the Council Chambers last night, presided over by the Mayor, Air J. Chrystall. * * » * Air \V. E. Mr J. A. Nash, Mayor of Palmerston, is delighted with the Carnival effort. He has promised to give what assistance he can, and will probably he in attendance.
