THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — Westerly winds strong to gale, and hacking by west to south. The weather will probably prove squally, with heavy showers. The barometer has' a falling tendency, but rising shortly. Sea heavy, tides good.
