it will come as a surprise to the local public, other than the members of St. Mary's Church, to learn that ihe Rev. Father Cronin has been transferred to Feihling, for which town he took his departure jo-day. After the morning sendee at Ft. Alary's lasi Sunday, the departing priest was presented with a purse of soA'ereigns by his parishioners as a mark of their esteem. The presentation was made by Mr P. C.
