HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday: — The hemp market remains Jirm. Government prices lixed Manila (mutilated word here), any position, fair £BS, medium £BO, coarse £7B; New Zealand, on spot, good fair £7O 10s, fair £74 10s (mutilated word here), good fair £7O, fair £74.
