THE WEATHER.
The Dominion Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day;—
Southerly moderate to strong winds prevaviling; the weather is likely to be cool and changeable. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. The barometer has a rising tendency. Sea considerable swell on the coast, but tides and sea decreasing. Tides moderate.
