AN APPRECIATION.
The Foxton Girls’ Guild have re- , reived I lie followin'; letter from Pfe. Arthur Morris, 88557, R.A.M.C., 3rd British General Hospital, Basra, Mesopotamia Ex. Eoree. under date 5/3/17:— “Having' been a patient in hospital for some time, and having had the use of some of the splendid articles made by the Guild, 1 thought I would write and tell you how much your kindness is appreciated out here in .Mesopotamia. It makes things seem a bit lighter to know. ' that so many people in different parts of the Empire are considering our welfare while we are away from home, and ail the comforts that home means to a young follow like myself. Please accept the thanks of the boys of Old England at present serving in Mesopotamia.”
