CONSIDERED BY CABINET. NO DECISION REACHED. Wellington, Last Night. Cabinet considered the coal trouble to-day, but came to no decision. Another meeting will be held to-morrow. Westport, Last Night. At a largo and representative meeting to-night it was resolved to form a Westport Protestant Association and to send a request that the Acting-Prime Minister or the Minister for Alines should visit. Westport immediately and confer with the minors on the strike, as (he association was strongly of the opinion (hat the miners wore illadvised in their recent action. The association believed that a large section of the miners was ready to return to work.
