THE PALMERSTON TOURNEY,
Some splendid play marked the. finals in the Palmerston tourney, which finished on Tuesday afternoon. The winners were Hill, Luscomhe, Johnson, 11. Smart (s.), of New Plymouth. The runners-up were Whitehead, Warden, Jolly, N. 11. Nash (s), of Palmerston North. Third place was secured by Luke, Manning, Laws, Wylie (s), of Newtown, Wellington, and Eraser’s rink (St. John’s) was fourth.
